The science

Evidence first. Hype never.

The supplement industry runs on bold claims and thin data. Stackwell does the opposite: every recommendation is tied to its evidence, graded honestly, and screened for safety. Here's exactly how.

How we grade evidence

A

Strong

Backed by multiple randomized controlled trials or meta-analyses, with consistent, clinically meaningful effects at defined doses.

B

Moderate

Promising human evidence, but limited by study size, mixed results, or narrow populations. Reasonable, with caveats.

C

Emerging / weak

Mostly preclinical, mechanistic, or anecdotal. We'll tell you when something is speculative rather than sell it to you.

You always see the grade and the underlying studies, so you can decide with your eyes open.

Our principles

Personalization over protocols. Generic "top 10 supplements" lists ignore the one variable that matters most: you. Stackwell reasons over your biomarkers, goals, diet, and medications, the same inputs a careful expert would weigh.

Safety is non-negotiable. Before anything reaches your plan, we screen for interactions between supplements, and between supplements and medications, respect tolerable upper intake levels, and flag anything that warrants a conversation with your doctor.

Radical transparency. No proprietary blends, no kickback-driven recommendations, no "trust us." Every suggestion shows its dose, form, rationale, evidence grade, and sources.

Less, but better. A good protocol often means removing things. We routinely cut redundant or low-evidence products people are already buying, which usually makes the stack cheaper, not pricier.

What we look at

What we are not

Stackwell is a decision-support and organization tool, not a substitute for medical care. We don't diagnose, treat, or cure disease, and nothing here is medical advice. Always consult your physician before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement or medication, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, managing a condition, or taking prescription drugs.

Supplements, finally held to a standard.
